Only individuals aged 18 or older may place orders. Deliveries are made to private addresses only.

All orders are processed in English. We reserve the right to correct errors in images, color representations, pricing, and product availability.

Orders are placed through creamwomens.com. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing or availability.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Methods

  • Within the EU: DHL Parcel
  • Outside the EU: DHL Express

Delivery times are typically 3–4 business days. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on DHL Parcel Zone rates and displayed at checkout.

5. Payment & Security

Payments are processed securely using encrypted HTTPS protocols. Accepted payment methods include VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro.

The total amount is reserved upon order placement and charged upon order processing. We may verify card validity and address information before confirming an order.

Discount codes or vouchers can be applied at checkout. Discounts are distributed proportionally across applicable items, excluding shipping costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items. To exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item.

A return label is included in your package. The cost of the return label (€6.25 excluding VAT) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reduce refunds for items not returned in their original condition.

7. Complaints

Products purchased on creamwomens.com are covered by a two-year warranty under applicable consumer laws. This warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase.

To file a complaint, please provide a description of the issue along with relevant photographs. We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

We strive to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device settings.

Measurements provided are approximate and intended to give a general idea of fit. Variations may occur due to material properties.
